100% numeracy achievement for students in 11MATF (of the students who regularly attend class - 80% attendance or more)

• 70% to gain 14+ credits in 11MATF

• 100% numeracy achievement for students in 11MATA

• 100% to gain 14+ credits in 11MATA

• 90% achievement rate for internal assessments sat in 10W

• Continue integrating Hapara into my junior classes where students engage in research-based learning (as opposed to guided learning) in small groups or as individuals

• Create a positive learning environment where students are able to work at a pace that suits them. Where students can work independently of me and I run workshops that the students can "come along to" to develop further understanding of specific concepts (of for students who require guided learning) - Inquiry 2017.
