Creating an Assessment Resource

This term I was asked to create an assessment resource for the Year 9 Measurement Unit. To do this I utilised the website www.arbs.nzcer.org.nz. This website provides hundreds of assessment questions for mathematics that are sorted by curriculum level and topic. This made it easy to find questions that I knew would be appropriate to test for each curriculum level by simply searching for key words (perimeter, area, volume, measure etc). In addition to using questions from this website I created some of my own questions to ensure that I covered all areas of measurement properly. I really enjoyed creating this document for the mathematics department to share!
