Teaching Goals, Term Two

Goal One:

To bring the students personalities and individual interests into the classroom and learning

Goal Two:

To show more of my personality in the classroom to improve the learning community

Goal Three:

To develop my academic feedback and feed forward for the students

Goal Four:

To acknowledge and commend students who are well behaved or show positive behaviour during lessons - instead of "focusing" on the poor behaved students.
